12. Work in Progress The CAF Mentor Team are exploring how to best capture and measure the impact of the CAF process. Continuation of unmet needs is being monitored.

14. eCAF eCAF has now ‘gone live’ and is running in tandem with the current paper CAF process. eCAF will supersede paper CAF on the 1 st November 2009. Every Local Authority must implement an eCAF system by 2013.
