Kip Keino is one of Kenya's best long distance runners. Kip was born in Kipsamo and grew up to be a fantastic runner. Kip has won 7 gold medals, 3 silvers and one bronze. So in total he has won 11 medals not just at the Olympics.

David Rudisha is also one of Kenya best long distance runners along with Kip Keino. David Rudisha's full name is David Lekuta Rudisha. He has won 5 golds and no silver or bronze! So that means he only has 5 medals.
