Learning Outcome The ability to engage with individuals, groups and communities in society and apply social work knowledge and skills to meet needs, to enable them to develop their potential and to foster their greater control over their lives.

List of competencies to be achieved by graduates of the MA The Master Program provides Students with the opportunity to develop advanced knowledge and skills for professional practice in core social work fields and methods. It allows students the opportunity for in-depth study in fields of interpersonal helping, child and family practice, community practice, and leadership and organizational practice. The courses offer a theoretical and practice base for advanced professional practice and leadership in social work services.

List of competencies to be achieved by graduates of the MA : graduate of Mastership Program will acquire more comprehensive knowledge, based on the education received on the first level of training course and in the research context will provide the possibility and background for the development and/or application of original ideas; graduate will be able to apply decision making skills in new and unfamiliar environment in the context of acquired specialty or adjacent (multidisciplinary) areas; graduate will be able to integrate acquired knowledge; to overcome the difficulties and build up his/her opinions based on incomplete or limited information, taking into consideration social and ethic responsibilities with regards to the application of such knowledge and opinions;

Target-groups for recruitment MA program Faculty welcome Students who have higher education in medicine, law, or economic sciences, or higher education in Social and Political Sciences, psychology, sociology, etc.

Students of the new Master Program Entrance requirements - A bachelor’s degree from an accredited University Selection criteria for new students - National Exam and Exam in Public Health and social work Potential career paths on the labor market for graduates Careers Graduates have the opportunity to develop practice, research, leadership and management skills that will make them more competitive in areas of advanced practice and management roles. Graduates are employed in a wide range of government and non government organizations as direct practitioners, managers, researchers and policy practitioners. Some graduates use this qualification as a basis for entering private practice.
