Think about the things animals and plants need or do that tell us they are alive.

Do the things we looked at today all need or do those same things in the same way? How do frogs use water? How do reptiles use water? How do seeds & seedlings use water? How do chickens use water?

Where would these animals and plants live if there was no more fresh water? Frogs use water to stay moist and to breed in Lizards don’t need much water Seedlings use water to grow & keep their leaves rigid Chickens drink water to grow & stay healthy
