2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and every day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me? ~ Psalm 13:2

3 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

4 RENEW RE = Do it all over again. Ongoing NEW = Regeneration; rebirth; restore

5 The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:5b-7

6 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things. ~ Philippians 4:8

7 THINK ON THESE THINGS TRUE: Accurate; genuine; factual (God is good. God wants good for me. God loves me.) NOBLE: Worthy of respect. God’s highest. RIGHT: Conforms to God’s standards. PURE: Not mixed with wrong motives. LOVELY: Promotes peace and affection. ADMIRABLE: Positive/constructive.
