Vista Verde Internet Use Agreement Computers are to be used solely for ACADEMIC use. Games, downloads and PERSONAL E-MAIL are not allowed at school. Use GOOGLE DOCS to transfer work from school to home and back. No email is ever used by students at Vista Verde. All Internet sites must be SCHOOL APPROPRIATE. REPORT all in appropriate usage or site to staff immediately.

Library Use LIBRARY is open Monday – Friday from 8:00-8:30. Only Middle School has use to COMPUTERS in the mornings. LIBRARY/MEDIA LAB is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3:00 - 4:00 unless it is a minimum day schedule. PLEASE limit printing to only what you need. No one can use the pod computers without teacher permission before, during, or after school.

Personal Devises Personal phones are used outside only BEFORE & AFTER school. They are to be turned off during the school day. Personal electronic devices may only be used with STAFF PERMISSION during the school day.

Permanent Marker Everything that you put online is permanent....even if you hit the delete button after posting. Odds are someone has re-tweeted, favored, or taken a screenshot of the material.

Toothbrush Passwords and toothbrushes are very similar in the fact that you NEVER want to share passwords. (except with parents)

Padlock The padlock is to remind you to set strong passwords and to set up passcode locks on all of your digital devices.
