This is an example of strategy implementation and the tactical plans that made it a success. – External vendors – Managed external vendors for creating a mockup laptop. Another for getting the materials for the laptop, the other for sending and then receiving the disk drive back to Western Digital. – Internal departments – receiving the disk drive for the campaign from a department. Also making sure the department that did the creative artwork sent it to the agency for printing as an adhesive. – Administrative – Creating the letter, review internal process, meetings to adjust timeline.
