14.  “Success” is defined as helping students transfer and graduate.  Eliminate reliance on static, printed transfer agreements.  Transfer agreements should involve the multiple entities impacting students.  Successful transfer programs should benefit all so they will be supported, promoted and sustained.

15.  Community Colleges provide students with the associate degree and the first two years of the bachelor’s degree.  u.select is used to facilitate transfer advising to effectively and efficiently assist students in achieving their educational goals.  Baccalaureate institutions build on that foundation to provide the students a degree in their chosen major.  Student is the beneficiary.
