Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) Presented by Sateesh Kuna Srinivasrao Dhavanam Prudhvi Bolli Nirup Charan K Ashok Kumar M Under the guidance of Mr. B.Durgamalleswara Reddy B.Tech, Asst. Professor

Introduction The main aim project is to improve the needs by providing the equipment in the home or industries we can control the devices by ON and OFF from any part of the world with mobile

Literature Survey GSM Mobile Phone Mini Controller IR version of Mini controller Mini Timer By Cybernetic concept

Hardware Requirements Micro controller (AT89S51) Light Emitting Diodes(LEDs) Power supply

Micro Controller(AT89S51) Features: 4K Bytes of ISP Flash Memory 4.0V to 6.6V Operating Range Fully Static Operation: 0 Hz to 33 MHz Three-level Program Memory Lock 128 x 8-bit Internal RAM 32 Programmable I/O Lines Two 16-bit Timer/Counters Six Interrupt Sources

Pin diagram of AT89S51

Micro Controller(AT89S51) contd.. Microcontrollers are like single chip computers that are often embedded in to other systems to function as processing or controlling unit. They are useful to communicate with other devices such as displays, sensors, buzzers to process input to a set of actions. AT89S52 controller is selected because of inbuilt ISP (in system programmer) and in order to fulfill our applications

Light Emitting Diodes(LEDs) Operation of a LED

LEDs contd…  Low working voltages and currents  Less power consumption  Very fast action  Emission of monochromatic light  small size and weight  No effect of mechanical vibrations  Extremely long life

Power Supply

Power Supply contd… Transformer Rectifier Filter Regulator Load

Circuit Components Micro Controller APR9600 (Voice IC) M-8870(DTMF IC) Light Emitting Diodes

APR9600(Voice IC) FEATURES Single-chip, high-quality voice recording & playback solution Non-volatile Flash memory technology User-Selectable messaging options Chip Enable pin for simple message expansion Low power consumption

Working Procedure Interface DTMF 8870 with MC Port 2.0-2.4 pin Interface APR9600 with port 1.0 of MC Apply power supply to ground and Vcc terminals of AT89S51,APR9600 and M-8870 Apply mobile connections to both voice and DTMF ICs Connect devices to control to the port 3 pins of AT89S51 MC Reset the microcontroller with RST pin of AT89S51 MC

Applications  The ability to control lighting & household appliances  Easy controlling action of machines in an industry  Device controlling in Colleges and Schools  Monitoring of domestic appliances, home security and energy management  Easy to handle in office buildings, shopping malls and luxury homes

Advantages Easy interaction to the users Less cost and easy to install Easy to maintain Remote based controlling of devices in home Communication to our devices from all parts of the World Secure in critical applications

Conclusion Finally we conclude this system that would help for the good interaction of user with the heard voice (in mobile) and responding to it as per his need so that the user can automated the devices in homes, industries.

Future scope SMS based system Helpful in low signaling areas As the number of devices increases delay increases and cost of call also increases Noise and disturbance not occurred by sending SMS
