When you’ve clicked on the image, click the same spot again to make the label disappear.  Answer the questions regarding a diagnosis and recommendations  Review the radiologist’s findings

Changes most likely normal for young patient Marked intracapsular swelling Defect in the articular surface of the medial trochlear ridge Normal physis Surrounding subchondral sclerosis Normal physis of tibial tuberosity

Normal lateral femoral condyle Normal fibula (separate center of ossification) Normal tibial tuberosity Normal physis Normal medial femoral condyle

Normal physis Defect in articular surface of medial trochlear ridge Surrounding subchondral sclerosis Normal tibial tuberosity Normal medial femoral condyle

 Within the medial trochlear ridge of the femur is a dish-shaped lucency  Deep to the articular defect is moderate subchondral sclerosis  The stifle has marked intracapsular soft tissue swelling, especially in the femoral patellar portion  The cranial aspect of the patella is somewhat sclerotic, most likely due to young age
