1. Innovative Idea on Inclusive Computer Training Proposed by: Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) Funded by: ICT Ministry of Bangladesh under the Innovative Fund Submitted by: Centre for Services and Information on Disability (CSID)

2. Background Under the ICT Ministry’s Innovative fund, Bangladesh computer Council (BCC) has proposed an innovative and inclusive training Idea for Persons with Disabilities that will be implementing from all over country. CSID has submitted two proposal, (1) Make a special video tutorial for inclusive training and (2) Online Training. The Bangladesh computer Council (BCC) and committee of Innovative Fund has approved first one.

4. Innovation An Inclusive Video Tutorial The elements Sign Language for the Hearing & Speech Impairment who can understand all the topics in the tutorial. Subtitle for the Hearing & Speech Impairment who isn’t good in sign language, physical disabled and nondisabled. Video Technology is the main part of the innovation. All the part of the lesson has discussed and pointed by mouse pointer. Audio Technology for the physical disabled, nondisabled and visual impaired and Low Vision.

5. Inaugurations of the Innovation Before implementing the innovation project BCC organized a inauguration program with the Secretary of ICT Ministry, Executive Director of BCC, Training Director of BCC and Executive Director of CSID and the disabled and nondisabled persons.
