A poem is a group of words put together like a story or a song. Poems are usually divided into verses. A verse is a group of sentences. Sentences in a verse usually end in rhyming words.
3
What are rhyming words? Rhyming words are words that end with the same letters or end with the same sound. E.g. Cat, bat, hat, mat

In the poem we have 7 verses, each verse is in a different colour and has two sentences. Each sentence in a verse ends with a rhyming word. Like, bow and show. Use a dictionary to find out the meanings of the words you don’t know.
