HUNGARIAN LEARNING PARTNERSHIP OF HELP PROJECT: OBJECTIVES Project Partnerships are the basis for establishing learning partnership (HELPs) between higher education and enterprise to promote stakeholder dialogue on the regional skills training agenda.
