History of Hilton Conrad Hilton 1919: Conrad Hilton buys his first hotel. 1925: The first hotel carrying the Hilton name is constructed in Dallas. 1946: Hilton Hotels Corporation is formed. 1947: Becomes the first hotel company to have its stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

1954: Conrad N. Hilton buys Statler Hotel for $111 million dollars. 1964:Hilton International forms as a separate company. 1970: The company buys two casino hotels in Las Vegas. 1979: Conrad Hilton passes away at age 91. Hilton Hotel

1984: First Embassy Suites opens, in Kansas City-Overland Park, Mo. 1995: The first Hilton website launches: www.Hilton.com. 2007: Christopher J. GUESTS NEED TO FOLLOW THREE STEPS. 1. Guests must wait in a line. Makes us annoyed.

3.Finally,guests get room keys. Sometimes the card key does not work. Need to exchange a new key.

TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT HELPS THE FUTURE OF HOTEL BUSINESS. By using smart phones, guest will save their time. Guests do not feel any stresses. This is called a mobile room key!!
