A2 (Year 2) = 2/3 units (6 for double award) AS/A Final Grade (Award) decided by aggregating the best UMS scores from each unit. A* – E are Pass Grades

Students need to understand: what happens when it happens what they have to do. Failure to complete their part may result in: not being entered for an exam being entered for the wrong subject/option wrong personal details on final certificates being charged for costs incurred Over 14,000 entries for 6 th Form last year!

Remarks & Re-sits Remarks Re-sits GCSE – only Maths & English available in November GCE – No limit on number of attempts at each unit.. Highest mark counts. Students pay for all re-sits. May be requested by Student or Department -. whoever makes the request pays! no charge if there is a change in grade.
