The August 2014 release includes the following key functions: Shared Calendar Visibility for Administrations and Teachers Integrated Usage Reporting for Administrators Out of Class permission log for Students and Teachers. 3. Calendar Visibility – Administrators/Teachers Daisy 1. Click on the calendar icon in any calendar view to open the calendar sharing window Administrators can switch between Teachers and Students 3. Click on the name of a Teacher or Student to view their calendar 2. Search by name or filter based on class and grade Diary signatory for Teachers and Parents Administrators and Teachers now have shared access to all student calendars. In addition, Administrators also have shared access to Teacher calendars.

4. Usage Reporting - Administrators Daisy Administrators now have the ability to run detailed usage analytics from within the administrative platform reporting on three key areas. Communication Diary Item Generated Analysis Registration & Use Communication delivered to Teachers, Students and Parents Registration of Daisy across devices and frequency of use Frequency of Diary item creation by user group and type

5. Out of Class Log – Limited Beta Trials Daisy The Out of Class permission module has been developed to replicate the common function of a traditional hardcopy student planner. Available on smartphones and tablet devices, the out of class log is designed for speed of entry and teacher approval. The Out of Class log is currently being offered on a limited beta trial basis. Visibility of approved passes in calendar day view
