Wild Animal Elephants Species – African, found in central Africa Indian, found in parts of India, southeast Asia and southern China Life span – average 60 years. Height and weight- African forest – 8 ft tall African Savanna- 13 ft tall weighs up to 16,500 lbs Indian – 9.8 ft tall, weighs up to 14,700 lbs Living habits - African Elephants will either live in the forest or in Savannas. Elephants live in herds.Males usually travel alone. Eating habits- roots, grasses, fruit, bark. Averaging 300 lbs of food a day and about 50 gallons of water a day.

Domestic Animals Dogs Species- 157 different breeds of dogs Life span- 8-18 years depending on breed. Height and Weight- 4 lbs to over 200 lbs depending on breed Living habits- inside dogs – live in the house and outside dogs usually have a fenced in area and sleep in a dog house Eating habits- either wet or dry dog food and water to drink depending on size of dog depends on the amount of food.

Combination Animal Horse Wild or Domesticated Species- over 85 different breeds. Arabian Horse is considered the oldest breed Life span- 20-30 years give or take a few years depending on b reed. Height and Weight- 50- 1,100 lbs depending on breed and from 2 ft tall to just under 7 feet tall. Living habits- Wild – roaming around in pastures Domesticated- fenced in fields and stalls as homes. All horses travel in herds Eating habits- grain, hay, straw grass

Farm Animals Pig Species- 73 different species most common. Large white, Landrace and Duroc. Life span- averaging 10 to 15 years Height and weight- depend on pig but usually 100-300 lbs Living habits- dry and warm place in the winter, and cool in the summer usually a field and shed. Eating habits- grains such as corn, wheat, oats or barley, greens and dried food from meat and then some vitamins and minerals

Species :one of only two species of venomous lizard Life span : 20 + years Height and weight: 22 inches to fully grown Living habits : rocky foothills. Desert dwellers. Eating habits : in the wild they eat small birds and mammals, eggs, lizards, frogs, insects, and carrion. In the zoo they eat two small mice a month Exotic Animals Venomous Gila Monsters Lizard
