7. Leader- The “Leader” has the responsibility to facilitate and encourage participation in the group. They must also be the lead organizer.

8. Timekeeper- The Timekeeper monitors pace of meetings, and makes sure enough time has been allotted to complete each step of the task.

9. Reporter- The reporter is responsible for reporting the group’s accomplishments to the facilitator.

10. Recorder- The recorder keeps notes of important decisions, group responsibilities, and deadlines.

11. Information Gatherer- The information gatherer goes out and searches for information that will be important for the group.
