Painkillers are powerful drugs that interfere with the nervous system’s transmission of the never signals we perceive as pain. The most commonly abused painkillers are, oxycodone, hydrocodone, meperidine, hydromorphone, and propoxyphene. Symptoms: Constipation Nausea Vomiting Dizziness Confusion Addiction Respiratory Depression Heart Attack Coma Death

Painkillers can lead to a physical dependence or the body adapts to the presence of the substance. The body can even build up a tolerance, so each time they take the drug the need a higher dose to get the same feeling
