Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the substantial change to the Central Church of the Nazarene Planned Development / Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) dated "Received June 5, 2015", subject to the recommended Development Review Committee (DRC) conditions listed in the Staff Report..
