Keep the Faith! Revelation 14:6-13 2 Corinthians 13:5
2
Our Responsibility to Keep the Faith Stand fast in it (1 Corinthians 16:13) Strive for it (Philippians 1:27) Continue in it (Col. 1:21-23; 2:5-6) Hold on to it, without wavering (1 Timothy 1:19; Heb. 10:23, 35-39)
3
The Effects of Keeping the Faith If we keep the faith… We can accomplish great things (Luke 17:5-6) We will accomplish our duty (Luke 17:7-10) Christ will live in us (Galatians 2:20) We will have confidence that we will receive an eternal reward (2 Timothy 4:7-8)
4
Why Some Don’t Keep the Faith They don’t receive rebuke when they need it (Titus 1:13) They allow themselves to be influenced by false teaching (1 Timothy 4:1; 6:20-21) They love material things (1 Timothy 6:10; Luke 14:26-35; Matthew 13:45-46) They don’t learn to rely on their faith to overcome trials and temptations (1 John 5:4; 1 Peter 5:8-10)

Keeping the Faith Demands Consistency “Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus... let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” -- Hebrews 10:19, 22-23
