Leave them kids alone! - a short-film project based on peer coaching Contents School info Hellerup School is a public school and as so meets the national curriculum set by the Danish Ministry of Education. Its a relatively new open plan school (2001). Only a few creative subjects have ordinary classrooms. Hellerup School is built on plurality, challenge, to wonder, self worth, joy, creativity, determination and development. And through the use of different strategies, a physical learning environment with a variety of work places, learners autonomy, individual plan of action for every children, inclusion of all children and an appreciatively approach towards the children. We educate children who meet the national curriculum but also master independent problem solving, critical thinking and creative responses in all areas and has developed the entire string of academic and social skills.
