To make a NEW reservation 1. Select the hotel name, check in / out date, number of room and guest 2. Enter the group code 3. Click “Search” Booking Link : http://www.booking.regalhotel.com/http://www.booking.regalhotel.com/

To make a NEW reservation Select “Rate Plan Details” to view more information

To make a NEW reservation 1. F ill in the guest details, the field with “ * ” must be inputted 2. Click the arrow to complete the information for 2 nd guest

To make a NEW reservation 1. Click “Preferences” button if you have any special requests 2. Press “Proceed to checkout”

Recap of guest detail will be shown as follow: 1. Total room rate will be shown 2. Fill in the credit card details for guarantee purpose 3. Click on “Confirm” to proceed reservation To make a NEW reservation

Booking confirmation page : -Confirmation letter is created and you may print it out for reference -Instant Email confirmation will also send to provided email address automatically To make a NEW reservation

To AMEND reservation 3. Click “Amend Booking” 1.Enter the email address and confirmation number 2.Click “Retrieve”

Click on “To modify date / rate plan” To AMEND reservation

1. Select the new check in/out date 2. Click “Search” 3. Click “Edit Cart” to proceed

How to AMEND reservation A pop-up box will appeared which state that booking is amended successfully

To CANCEL reservation 1. Enter the email address and confirmation number 2. Click “Retrieve” 3. Click “Cancel Booking”

Select the cancellation reason and click “submit” To CANCEL reservation

A pop-up box will appear : Your booking has been cancelled. To CANCEL reservation
