To develop a costed policy for special education and inclusion which reflects best practice, policy and principles and puts children first. To recognise the broader role of the special school sector. To develop a culture to promote inclusive practices, ensuring that current practice is enhanced and To place (special) educational developments in Northern Ireland at the fore of progressive developments.
