12 Title Page (Front Cover)… Course Student’s Full Name Class Period Teacher/Room Number Pictures related to the student but connect to the class Glue this on the front of the notebook

13 Table of Contents… Tape Grade sheet onto front cover Staple Table of Contents to first page – number the bottom right of the page with the number 1
