2. “Create” – choose your image Note the options under every record. To start using “Create” simply click the “Create” link.

3. “Create” – Follow the Steps Confirm your image selection by clicking “OK”.

4. “Create” – Follow the Steps Scroll down to see all the available templates. Click on the circle next to a template to select it. Then click “OK”.

5. “Create” – Follow the Steps Enter your chosen text in the boxes provided. When you’ve finished, click “OK”.

6. “Create” – Download or Save You can either click “View Created Document (PDF)” to view your finished creation, or click “Store in Stuff” to name and store the work you have done in your “Stuff” account. If you store it in your “Stuff” you can then share it with other “Stuff” users.

7. “Create” – Finished Resource This can be printed out or saved as a finished PDF.

8. “MultiCreate” – Start with an Album Create an album and store any images that you want to use there. You can get help with Albums on the “Using Scran Stuff” Scran Training PowerPoint 2.

9. “MultiCreate” – Prepare your Album It’s best to prepare your album before you use the “MultiCreate” tool. You can reorder images, edit text or delete unwanted images.

10. “MultiCreate” – Convert Your Album Select “MultiCreate” from the Tools menu.

11. “MultiCreate” – Confirm Confirm that you want to use your album in the MultiCreate tool by clicking OK.

12. “MultiCreate” – Choose Template Scroll down to see the available templates. Click the circle next to your chosen one, then click OK.

13. “MultiCreate” – Follow the Steps Enter Options: edit text for each image; choose your text alignment and page orientation etc.

14. “MultiCreate” – Download or Save You can either click “Download PDF” to view your finished MultiCreate, or give it a title and click “Save” to store the work you have done in your “Stuff”. If you store it in your “Stuff” you can then share it with other “Stuff” users.

15. “MultiCreate” – Finished Resource This PDF is now ready to print. If you save it into your “Stuff”, remember that you can go back and edit it at any point

16. “MultiCreate” – Convert Your Album Select “Create Web Site” from the Tools menu.

17. “Mini Website” – Confirm Confirm that you want to convert your album into a Mini Website by clicking OK.

18. “Mini Website” – Follow Instructions Read the “Important Information” which tells you how to download and “unzip” the files for the Mini Website.

19. “Mini Website” – Download Click “Download” and save the file. Follow the instructions on how to “unzip” the files and view the Mini Website carefully.
