Analysis of workforce outcomes for program completers: High school graduates, CTE completers, degree recipients, dropouts and “stop-outs” o Percent remaining in the state to work o Industry of employment and change over time o Wage trajectories, number of employers over multi-year spans Workforce characteristics of enrolled students: High school students, college students, financial aid recipients o How many students are employed while enrolled in high school or college? o How does employment during high school relate to employment after high school? Current workforce regulations only allow for aggregates to be reported. For these data to be used effectively by providers of workforce training, individual level data are needed.
