FBLA COMPETITIONS 2014-2015 Show off your skills in events that suit you!

Regional Events A series of competitions taken as tests {individually or with teams} against high schools in your region Tests are taken here at UCVTS the week of Jan 5th If you place Top 8 in the region, you advance to compete at States in March. State Only Events A series of competitions which are project and performance events against high schools in the whole state of NJ Competitors who place1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd at the State Level will be eligible to compete at Nationals in Chicago at end of June

SO WHAT DO I DO NOW? A. Decide if you want to compete it is not mandatory! B. Decide between a regional or state event by: 1. Asking former participants 2. Reading competition descriptions found at our website www.ucvtsfbla.org or the National site: www.fbla-pbl.orgwww.ucvtsfbla.orgwww.fbla-pbl.org 3. Taking a STATE EVENT interest survey found at https://www.qzzr.co/quiz/which-fbla- project-is-right-for-you/share

THEN: A.After looking at the details of each event, have an idea of what might be best for you: A.Go to the sign up form on our website: www.ucvtsfbla.org A.Go to the Sign Ups tab B.Enter the required personal information C.Select EITHER your top 3 Regional or your 1 State choice D.Complete by October 24th B.You will be notified week of Nov 3rd h of your competition, then get studying!
