6 Part 2 – The Interview  One – on – one  7 questions  1-10 point scale

7 The Interview - Tips  Share your personal story  Highlight ESLRs  Discuss goals – long & short term  Think outside the box  Eye Contact  Respectful language  Hand shake  Placement of hands  Dress – business attire  Be yourself

8 ESLRS  Effective Communicator  Creative and Independent Thinkers  Productive & Responsible Citizen  Soar to great heights – review this

10 3 Types of People  Procrastinator – “I’ll do it later”  Lazy Daisy – “It’s just not that important”  Action Heroes – Those who get things done!  Be an OHAH (Orchard Hills Action Here) and get this done succesfully!
