2. Materials Needed Materials 1 8.5 x 11 piece of card stock
2 pieces 8.5 x 2.5 strips of card stock, preferably of different colors

3. Folding paper—Step 1
Fold paper in half—”hamburger style”

4. Fold ends of paper to the middle, forming a “W”
Folding paper—Step 2
Fold ends of paper to the middle, forming a “W”

5. Cutting tabs Determine number of tabs needed
Cut the middle fold from the fold to the fold line

6. Adding strips Weave one strip through first side of slits
Reverse the process for second strip

7. Fold woven strips back to back

8. Place finger between “loops” of original paper

9. Separate loops to form the inner pages
