2.  What I will be bringing to this team as the Presentation Manager is the PowerPoint and how we will go about setting up for the presentation in the auditorium. Also my Research that is being done on the Shell Gas and Oil company on outsourcing and how the company does this well. I am also bringing my determination and persistence on doing my work and getting a good grade to make this presentation and project one of the best that there will be. From the song project I plan to improve upon being here on time and getting more work done, during the song project I was late alot and missed some work, in this project I plan not to miss anything and work harder to get a better grade.I am student in the Electrical technology program here at BFIT. For my group, as the writing manager I will be providing written documents which pertain to the topic of outsourcing and how if affects the US economy. The research of this topic is comprised of multiple corporate entities in whom outsource jobs

5.  There is no fair playing ground for companies big and small and the only alternative that they are forced to believe is to outsource. Imagine the plight of an organization that is quite happy without outsourcing and feels the punch when the rival starts grabbing all the profits by lowering the price.
