Part of the effect of this training may be to encourage entrepreneurship among people who don’t see themselves as entrepreneurs.  1. Are the Personal Development Training and Entrepreneurship Training effective? ◦ PDT: 1-2 week training on encouraging proactivity, personal responsibility, etc ◦ Entrepreneurship program: 4-8 week program (basic accounting, marketing skills, elaboration of business plans, communication, etc)  2. Overall impact of program on particular indicators: ◦ Behavior (job search, self-reported well-being, social interactions, community involvement), household incomes, assets, consumption and on the likelihood of becoming an entrepreneur, businesses started, continuity of businesses
