As a transformational leader, I will… Bring about positive change in my organization Bring my staff together to focus on the plan at hand Help my staff with self-improvement Look at the long term needs of the organization and make a plan

As a charismatic leader, I will… Work towards mastering all communications Be tactful in my communications with others Pay attention to my staff and be able to read into what they are feeling Be trustworthy and known for that characteristic

As a quality leader, I will… Strive towards excellence in all that I undertake Seek best practices in all aspects of tasks at hand Make sure our output is of the highest grade Ask that my staff also be particular in their work habits

As a visionary leader I will… Work towards keeping up with or creating new visions in our world Be clear-sighted in managing what needs to be done Inspire those that I lead and those that I provide services to

As an effective leader, I will… Work towards constant self-improvement Streamline office procedures for efficiency Be an active leader that is visible Be seen as helpful, not a hindrance

As a participative leader, I will… Work side by side with my staff Let the staff know that I am not above doing the nitty gritty work Get involved in activities with the staff that benefit others Listen to my staff so they know I hear them
