How above or below a location is to sea level.

INDIVISIBLE north to south line that passes through the Pacific Ocean. Use to indicate global position.

13. Prime Meridian
0° line of longitude. Located in Greenwich, England. Used to determine global position.

Latitude – lines running east to west to determine global position.
Longitude – lines running north to south to determine global position.
