4 ways to use this PowerPoint Reflect: Play it with reflective music as part of a Confirmation session liturgy. Give time for the group to consider the final questions quietly. Link: Print the slides and cut them so the pictures and text are separate. Challenge young people to match the quote with the images. Ask them to explain their choices. Do they think these pictures represent the story well? What might be an alternative? Discuss: Show the PowerPoint then discuss: What does the Holy Spirit mean to you? What experience have you had of the Spirit? Why is it important that we think about our sisters and brothers around the world when we reflect on the Pentecost story? How can the Spirit given to us at Pentecost change the way we live? Think: Print the pictures (without text) and ask the group to put them in order as you read the story. When the day of Pentecost came all the believers were gathered together in one place.

Suddenly there was a noise from the sky which sounded like a strong wind blowing, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire which spread out and touched each person there.

They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to talk in other languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak.
