6. Student Learner’s Permit/Examination Permit Requirements and Restrictions Must be with a NJ driver 21 years or older and licensed at least 3 years in NJ You can only drive between the hours of 5:01am to 11:00PM

15. Failure to obey all GDL restrictions/requirements may result in: - $100 fine - possible suspension/postponement of your driving privilege After 1 year/12 months successful driving on PROBATIONARY license you MUST return to MVC to upgrade to a BASIC UNRESTRICTED license
