1.Complete the online application (instructions to follow) 2.Pass a medical examination at your nearest institution (call 906-227- 2236 for instructions) 1.This is set up online as well 3.Conduct an interview at the nearest University to your home address that has an Army ROTC program. 4.Pass a Physical Fitness test: 1.Males: 1.Correctly perform 42 Push ups in two minutes 2.Correctly perform 53 Sit ups in two minutes 3.Run the two mile in under 15:54 2.Females 1.Correctly perform 19 Push ups in two minutes 2.Correctly perform 50 Sit ups in two minutes 3.Run the two mile in under 18:54 WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

Scroll down and click on “high school students” under the header “Scholarships” WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

To create an account, click on “create an account” If you have already done this, log in using your username password and skip to Slide # WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

To continue, you must scroll down and accept the websites end user agreement by clicking on “accept” then on “continue” WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

Fill out the information required and then click on “continue”

1.Now, go to the email inbox that you provided to the website (whether it is yahoo, hotmail, doesn’t matter) mine just happens to be set up to outlook which is why you see outlook. 2.The E-mail will be from “ register@goarmy.com”register@goarmy.com 3.Next, Click on the link in the email – which will bring you back to the website registration page (see next slide) WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

After clicking on the link in the test email sent to you, you will be prompted with the above message. Click on “Yes” WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

It will bring you to this screen where you will then enter a password of your choosing so that you can securely access your information anytime So type in a password and click “Finish”

1.You are now registered. You are now at the login screen. 2.This is the same login screen you will come to when you access this website at a later time. 3.Enter your email address and password and click “Log In”

1.Once logged in, It will then prompt you to submit some demographic information about yourself 2.Then you can change account info or your password if you would like 3.Click on “Save Account Info”

1.After logging in, it will bring you to the a slightly different homepage 2.Scroll down and Find the ROTC section 3.Click on “GET MORE INFORMATION ON SCHOLARSHIPS” WWW.NMU.EDU/ROTC

1.You are then brought back and shown a few facts about ROTC 2.Click on one of the three links depending on what your current status is to apply. 3.For this we will go to “high school students”

1.You may recognize this page as the armyrotc.com webpage home 2.We just did a complete loop to get you registered 3.From this point on, you can simply got to armyrotc.com and click on login with your email/password you supplied 4.Click on “Log In”

Click on upper left hand corner where it says “High School Student”

Begin filling out the information You are now at the scholarship pre application portion.

Once you have filled out the info Click on the “Submit Registration”

Once you have filled out the info on the next page Click on the “Submit Registration”

Read the letter on the Scholarship Then to begin the application click on: “Begin Application”

Begin filling out the information at all of the following pages: You will know you are complete when you have received a “Certification Statement “
