There are lots of ways to stay healthy for example a gym and eating healthy food. But you can also be unhealthy, if you smoke or eat unhealthy food everyday for example burgers and chips.

How to keep healthy You can keep healthy in many different ways such as running, cycling and eating healthy foods. If you want to start to become more healthy and if you smoke then just stop smoking. But if you can’t then go to your doctor. Also you can stop eating junk food such as chips and pizza. You should start to drink more healthier things like water instead of coke.
