2. Ingredients ¼ cup Flour 3 T Salt 1 tsp Cream of Tartar 1 tsp Oil ¼ cup water Few Drops Food Coloring

3. Procedure 1.Mix dry ingredients in a container 2.Mix wet ingredients in a separate container and bring to a boil 3.Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients 4.Mix well and knead by hand 5.Repeat with second color 6.Store in a ziplock bag 7.Answer the following questions
