2 2 Keyword… Subject suggestion… refine by facets… Is a fine strategy, but isn’t the only way to go in Statistical Insight. You can also use your Searcher’s Toolkit skills and construct a sophisticated Boolean search, like this: Keyword… Subject suggestion… refine by facets… Is a fine strategy, but isn’t the only way to go in Statistical Insight. You can also use your Searcher’s Toolkit skills and construct a sophisticated Boolean search, like this: ("travel time" OR commut*) AND work AND "public transport*"

3 3 So…. The first thing I tend to do with my results in Statistical Insight is to change the sort order to “Date (most recent first).” Why don’t you do that too (for this results set). Beyond the Textbook Moment Now let’s actually USE these results: Can you put together some figures comparing the modes of transport and time spent Commuting [hint] for the US, Italy, and Canada? (don’t go nuts if both modes and times are not available for each country) Beyond the Textbook Moment Now let’s actually USE these results: Can you put together some figures comparing the modes of transport and time spent Commuting [hint] for the US, Italy, and Canada? Here are two ways you might attempt this: Using facets… Or… Rather than any facets, adding the city name as a keyword and making use of the Search within results feature. As with almost all searching – there is no right or wrong way, or at least – no guaranteed answer!
