The Board has re-structured itself to speed up the decision making process, spread the load and become more effecient –4 person Executive Committee (Geoff Hurwitch, Ken Block, JR Dethorn and Buster) meet every other week to review and make the final decisions on the recommendations of the Committees. –6 Functional Committees Fundraising (solicitation and grants) - Caleb Education (instructional sailing programs) Ken & Buster Membership & Social - Kathy & Dave Race – Jay Boats & Facilities – Bill Gillingham Marketing and Communications – Bill Rusconi & Buster 2014 … in the works
