EQ and Leadership Emotional intelligence is central for leadership. The importance of EQ increases, the higher you go up in an organization. For star performance in all jobs, every field, emotional competence is twice as important as purely cognitive abilities

1.Fill out Pages 3-5 – select the response that indicates how much you agree or disagree with each statement. Rub a coin on one of the four ovals. 2.Turn to Page 6 to find your overall time mastery. (Add together all 12 of the Category scores from pages 3-5). 3.Turn to Page 7 to highlight each of your strengths and weaknesses in each of the time management categories.
