40  Safety Belts- You must have at least 2 seatbelts for the front seat. You must wear the seatbelt for all components of the skills test.

41 Other Equipment  Flashers- may be used when a disabled vehicle is left or near a roadway

42 Other Equipment  Studded tires- are legal from Nov.1- April 15

43  Window Tinting  Windshield- must allow 70% light transmission  Front seat driver/passenger side windows- must allow 50% light transmission  Violation of this is a misdemeanor and $100 fine

45  YES! As long as it is between November 1 and April 15.
