Objectives: Identify undiscovered routes which will lead you to new board members. Use techniques, tools and processes for effective recruitment in order to create a functioning diverse board. Recognize innovative methods for motivating and managing board members.

Make sure your board is aware of the responsibility Consider creating a committee or assign it to a current committee Recruit multiple candidates for each seat Keep the process open ended and be prepared for either party to decide it is not a fit
