1 Addictions In your journal brainstorm as many types of addictions as you can think of.

2 Addiction What is the difference between a hobby and an addiction?
Does it impact any part of your life in a negative manner? (physical, social, financially, interests, personal characteristics)

3 Addiction Activity You will need 12 sheets of paper. (3 of each color)
On the white paper write down three different people. The most important people in your life.

4 Addiction Activity On the purple paper write down three things or possessions that you regard as special.

5 Addiction Activity On the blue paper, write down three different activities which you enjoy participating in.

6 Addiction Activity On the green paper, write down three personal attributes, abilities, talents or characteristics that you are proud of.

From which category was it most difficult to choose which square to tear up? How does this activity relate to a person who is going through the stages of addiction? How does this activity show the consequences of addiction?

The body has developed a tolerance Drinking becomes a central event

13 Stage Three Final and worse stage Problems can no longer be denied
Alcohol is a constant companion Aggressive and or isolated from friends and family The body is addicted Reverse tolerance When they stop drinking, there will be withdrawals
