Passport and Birth Certificate Passports and birth certificates will be collected and copied during the meeting. This will provide us with the necessary documentation if your passport is lost/stolen. Additional passport photos are needed. Make sure that you registered with EF with the exact name that is on your passport. ▫This will be used for booking your airline tickets

Things to think about… What to pack? ▫The weather is unpredictable – it will be cooler and most likely rainy Electronics ▫Converter for United Kingdom ▫Camera with extra memory card and battery ▫I-Pods for plane and bus rides Phones ▫Phone card available through EF ▫Call your service provider for international plan ▫All parents will be notified via phone chain upon arrival in Ireland. ▫Email is often an easier form of communication - BUT Wi- Fi is not free!

Things to think about…. Spending $$ ▫About $15 per day (purchase of lunch/souvenirs) Protecting your Valuables ▫Money belt or neck purse Roommates ▫3-4 people per room (same sex) Keep an open mind ▫Food, customs, and culture are different ▫We will be on the trip with other schools
