2. Passport and Birth Certificate Passports and birth certificates will be collected and copied during the meeting. This will provide us with the necessary documentation if your passport is lost/stolen. Additional passport photos are needed. Make sure that you registered with EF with the exact name that is on your passport. ▫This will be used for booking your airline tickets
