12 Construction Costs have increased dramatically over the past 2-3 years. Elementary School which two years ago cost $6.8 million is now projected at $12 million Middle/Jr. High which cost $15 million is being scaled down to come in at $26 million High School which cost $40 million now projected at $55 to $60+ million

13 Maintenance & Operation Districts are challenged to meet the increased costs of maintaining and operating their schools.
