4. The test: What do you need? Anti A serum. Anti B serum. Anti D serum. Slides. Glass marker. Sterile finger puncture equipment.

8. What to do? Assemble all the necessary equipment. Explain the procedure to the subject in simple words. Place 3 drops of the Antisera on the slide. Mark each drop with the anti sera you added. Perform a sterile finger prick. Add a drop of blood to each Antisera. Allow time to pass and mix the specimen. Observe for agglutination.
