Physical Financial Relational Emotional Spiritual 4)Generally, the biggest barriers to better health are a lack of desire to get healthy and a lack of discipline to do what we know we need to do.

4 One-on-one time with God 1)We talk to God (and He listens): prayer 2)We listen to God (and He talks): Bible, silence

5 Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. 8 Listening to God through the Bible Reading and meditating on the Bible is worth our time and effort Do not the let this Book of the Law (the Bible) depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua 1:8 Commands: 1) read it; 2) meditate/dwell on it Outcomes: 1) so you can follow it; 2) success
