Sample Homes List of all registered and licensed homes Random sample surveyed 773 registered homes 227 licensed homes 1,000 homes total 50% response rate expected Centers List of all licensed centers Random sample of 670 centers; 75% response rate Estimate 5.25 workers per centers 5.25*503=2640 75% response rate 1,980 center providers
